# Your store on the marketplace

Once your store is open, anybody can read it on the marketplace, from a phone or a computer, with
no account. This page walks through what they see, so you know what to fill in and what to check
before you share your link. Everything a buyer reads comes from what you already keep in Beelocity:
your products, your prices, your stock, your store's texts and your organization profile.

## Share your store's link

The **Store link** on your store's page in the app is your address on the marketplace, written out
in full, such as `market.beelocity.com/dar-el-hana`. Put it on your social-media pages, your
flyers and your shop window.

**The link carries no language.** A buyer who follows it lands on your store in their own: Arabic
when their phone reads Arabic, English when it reads English, and French otherwise. The marketplace
itself, its menus and its labels, is in French, Arabic and English, and a buyer can change language
at the top of every page.

The link leads to your store only while it is **Open**. While it is a **Draft**, **Paused** or
**Suspended**, a buyer following it reads *Page not found*, exactly as for an address that never
existed. That is on purpose: nobody can tell a paused shop from a mistyped one.

## How buyers find your products

- **The marketplace's home** lists every open store, the newest first, with its logo, its name and
  the first lines of **About the store**.
- **The search box** looks for a product in every open store at once. It matches the product's name
  as the buyer reads it, in their language when you translated it, and the store's name. A search
  needs at least two characters.

Each product in a list shows its main photo, its name, your store's name, its price with `TVA`
included, and whether it is in stock. A product with variants shows the lowest of its prices, read
*From 4,500.00 DA*.

## Your store's page

Your store's page shows, from top to bottom:

- your logo, which is the one on the [organization profile](../getting-started/organization-profile.html),
  your store's name and **About the store**;
- your products, in the order you gave them on the **Listings** page;
- **Delivery** and **Returns**: your delivery terms and your return policy, in the buyer's language
  when you wrote it, in French otherwise;
- **Contact**: a **Call the seller** button that dials your contact phone on a mobile, the number
  itself, and your contact email;
- **Legal information**: your legal name, your trade name, your `NIF`, your `RC` or your artisan
  card number, and your address. The law asks every online shop to show these, and they come from
  the organization profile.

<a id="a-products-page"></a>
## A product's page

A product's page shows its photos, its name and its description in the buyer's language, its price
with `TVA` included, and whether it is in stock.

For a product with variants, the buyer chooses a size, a colour or whatever your variants differ by.
Each choice shows its own price, its own stock and, when one of your photos shows that variant, its
photo. A variant without a price is not offered at all.

How much is left is said in three ways:

- **In stock**, when there are more than five;
- **Only 3 left**, with the exact count, when there are five or fewer;
- **Out of stock**, when there are none. The product stays on the marketplace, so a link a buyer
  shared still works.

Under the product, the buyer finds your store again: its delivery terms, its return policy, the
**Call the seller** button and your legal information. A buyer who wants the product calls you.

<a id="what-buyers-never-see"></a>
## What buyers never see

- Your costs, your margins, and how much you hold beyond five of a product.
- Anything of your organization profile other than the legal information above.
- A product that is not showing, for whichever reason the **Listings** page gives, nor one you
  unlisted. Its address reads *Page not found*.

<a id="when-changes-show"></a>
## When a change shows

A price, a stock count, a photo or a text you change shows on the marketplace within a minute. You
do not publish anything: the marketplace reads your store every time a buyer looks, and keeps each
page for at most a minute in between.
