Inventory

The inventory module covers the full lifecycle of your physical goods — how products are measured, where they are stored, how stock is tracked, moved between locations, and corrected when discrepancies arise.

  • Units of measure — define how products are counted, weighed, and measured, with automatic conversions between units.
  • Warehouses and locations — set up your storage facilities, organize them into functional zones, and define bin-level locations down to individual shelves and compartments.
  • Stock levels — view current inventory quantities, track lots and serial numbers, and configure low stock alerts.
  • Stock movements — record and track all inventory movements including receipts, shipments, and internal transfers.
  • Transfer orders — plan and execute inter-warehouse inventory transfers with picking, shipping, and receiving stages.
  • Stock journal — an immutable audit trail of every inventory change.
  • Inventory adjustments — correct inventory discrepancies through adjustments with approval workflows.
  • Cycle counting — set up automated counting programs and assign count tasks to verify inventory accuracy.
