The Online Store module is for the business that wants to sell to consumers on the internet without keeping a second system beside its ERP. Today, a shop that sells online usually does it from a social-media page and a notebook of phone numbers: the photos live on a phone, the prices are typed again into every post, and nobody knows what is really left on the shelf.
Beelocity gathers the stores of every business that sells online into one public site, the marketplace, where buyers from every wilaya search across all the shops at once. Your store on it sells what your warehouse holds, at the prices of your price list, with your legal identity as the law requires, because it reads them from the same places your invoices and your till do.
It is built for the owner or the manager who sets up the store and decides what it sells, the catalogue clerk who photographs and prices the products, and, as the module grows, the people who confirm the orders and hand the parcels to the courier.
What you can do today
- Set up your store: its name and its link on the marketplace, a presentation, your delivery terms and your return policy in each language you write them in, the warehouse it sells from and the price list it sells at. See Set up your store.
- See the legal identity buyers will read: your legal name, your
NIF, yourRCor your artisan card number, and your address, read from the organization profile. - List your products: choose which products the store offers and in which order, with the price and the stock buyers will see, and why a product is not showing yet. See List your products.
- See your store as buyers see it: share one link that opens your store in each buyer’s language, and know what your store’s page and each product’s page show them. See Your store on the marketplace.
What the module is for
The Online Store grows the way a shop that sells online grows. It is where you will:
- put your catalogue on the marketplace with photos, prices with
TVAincluded, and the stock that is really on the shelf; - take orders paid in cash on delivery, call each buyer to confirm, and turn each confirmed order into the sales order, the delivery note and the invoice you already know;
- hand the parcels to your courier and know how much cash each courier still owes you.
What the law asks of an online shop
In Algeria, selling online is governed by law 18-05 of 10 May 2018 on electronic commerce. Every
offer has to show who sells it (your NIF, your RC or artisan card, your address and your
phone), the price with all taxes included, whether the product is available, and how delivery and
returns work. The store shows each of these from what you have already filled in, which is why it
asks you to complete your organization profile and your terms before it opens.
