Beelocity

Updated View as Markdown

Beelocity is an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) platform — a single system that brings together the core operations of your business so you can manage them from one place, instead of juggling separate tools for selling, buying, stock, the workshop, the money and the people.

Whether you are a small team tracking a few hundred products in one warehouse or a larger organization with multiple warehouses, dozens of suppliers, and fine-grained access control needs, Beelocity is designed to grow with you.

What It Covers

Twelve modules, in the four groups of the work a business does, on one platform that is under all of them. Each name below opens its section of this guide.

Buy and sell

  • Sales — from the quotation to the order, the delivery and the invoice, without typing a line twice.
  • Procurement — purchase requisitions, purchase orders and goods receipts that keep your costs current.
  • Business Partners — your suppliers and clients in one directory, with their addresses, contacts, categories and payment terms.
  • Foreign Trade — one dossier per purchase from abroad, from the bank domiciliation to the goods at your door.

At the counter and online

  • Point of Sale — registers, cash sessions and tickets: selling at the counter, settled into sales and treasury by itself.
  • Online Store — your shop on the Beelocity marketplace, selling from the stock and the prices you already keep.

Stock and making

  • Inventory — warehouses down to the bin, lots, serial numbers, transfers and cycle counts, for the products you keep, with their families, variants and prices.
  • Manufacturing — bills of materials, routings, work orders and a shop floor view, with a planning run that works out what to make and what to buy.
  • Maintenance — your equipment, its maintenance plans and meters, and the work orders that keep it running.

Money and people

  • Treasury — bank accounts, payments and a clear view of your cash, in dinars or any currency you trade in.
  • Human Resources — keep the staff register the law asks every employer for: contracts, leave, shifts and rotas, attendance and overtime, and the registers the labour inspector reads.
  • Payroll — each month’s pay worked out under Algerian law, paid through treasury and declared, from the payslip to the payroll book.

The platform under every module

  • Access Control — control who can see and do what with roles, attribute-based policies, row-level filters, field visibility rules, organizational hierarchy, and temporary delegations.
  • Approvals and your inbox — the moves that matter wait for the right person, and whatever is waiting on you reaches you in one inbox, across every organization you belong to.
  • Organizations — keep each company, workshop or site as its own organization, with its own data and its own team, and move between them without signing out.
  • An ERP that explains itself — every field carries a tooltip, and every page an explanation that links into this guide.

Beelocity sets itself up for your trade. Pick your trade among some seventy-five — a grocery, a dairy, an aluminium joiner, a driving school — and say how the business works: what it sells, whether it makes it, takes payment at a counter, employs people or imports. Beelocity proposes the modules and the settings that fit, each with the answer that brought it, before anything is created. See Setting Up Your Business.

Your business sees only the modules it uses. An owner turns the others off in Settings › Modules, and back on whenever the business grows into them.

How This Guide Is Organized

Start with Getting Started: sign up, set up your business and invite your team. Then every module and every part of the platform above has a section of its own.

Each section starts with an overview that explains the key concepts, followed by detailed pages on individual features. You can read front-to-back or jump straight to the topic you need.
