Getting Started

This section walks you through the first steps with Beelocity — creating your account, setting up your organization, and bringing your team on board. The whole process takes just a few minutes.

  1. Sign up — create your personal user account and verify your email address.
  2. Create an organization — set up your company’s workspace where all your data will live.
  3. Invite your team — bring in your colleagues and assign them roles so they can start working.

Before You Begin

All you need is an email address and a modern web browser. Beelocity runs entirely in the browser — there is nothing to install.

What Comes Next

Once your organization is set up and your team is on board, you will typically:

  1. Configure access control — create roles for your team (or use the built-in ones to start).
  2. Set up your catalog foundations — define product families, attributes, and categories.
  3. Add your partners — register your suppliers and clients with their addresses and payment terms.
  4. Organize your warehouses — create warehouses, set up zones and locations, and define your units of measure.
  5. Build your product catalog — add products, set up pricing, and manage currencies.

There is no strict order — start with whatever is most relevant to your business.
