Organization Settings

Organization settings control the basic properties and reference data for your workspace. You can access them from the Organizations page.

General

Countries

Beelocity ships with all 195 internationally recognized countries following the ISO 3166-1 standard. Countries are a global reference table — they are shared across all organizations and are not owned by any single one.

Where Countries Are Used

Countries appear throughout the platform wherever a geographic location is needed:

  • Warehouse addresses — where your warehouses are physically located.
  • Partner addresses — billing, shipping, headquarters, and return locations for your suppliers and clients.
  • Currencies — each currency is associated with the countries where it is used.

Activating and Deactivating Countries

By default, all countries are available. If your business only operates in certain regions, you can deactivate countries you do not need. This keeps dropdown menus and forms clean by showing only relevant options.

  • Deactivating a country hides it from selection menus in forms (e.g., when adding a new warehouse address).
  • Deactivating does not delete existing records that reference that country — historical data remains intact.
  • You can re-activate a country at any time if your business expands to that region.

For example, if you only operate in Algeria and France, you might deactivate all other countries to simplify the address forms for your team.
