An organization is one business in Beelocity. Everything in it belongs to exactly one organization: its products, warehouses, partners, stock and roles. Organizations are fully separate. People in one organization cannot see or change the data of another, even on the same Beelocity platform.
Because of this, one Beelocity installation can serve many independent businesses, and their data never crosses.
Key Properties

| Public holidays | The days that the whole business is off by law. You keep them once, and every module that counts working days reads them (Public holidays). |
The Dashboard
After you sign in, you land on the Dashboard, the home page of your organization. It shows the key numbers of your business, organized into tabs (Dashboard).
Navigating Beelocity
The sidebar on the left is your main navigation. It groups your work into business modules, such as Inventory, Business Partners and Procurement. Navigating Beelocity shows how it works.
Administration is outside the sidebar. Click your user avatar in the top corner and choose Settings for access control. This covers roles, members, invitations, policies, row and field rules, hierarchy, delegations, approval workflows and the audit log.
You see some navigation items only if you have the required permission. For example, the Settings page shows only the screens that your role can open, and it hides the rest.
Multi-Organization Membership
One user account can belong to several organizations, with different roles and permissions in each. For example, someone might be an Owner in their own company and a read-only auditor in a client’s organization.
The Organizations page lists every organization you can reach. Its filter button narrows the list by Default currency or Personal workspace (Working with lists). Every account starts with a personal workspace, and it is a row here too. Set Personal workspace = No to see your real organizations.
You cannot delete your personal workspace from here. Your own drafts and preferences live there, and Beelocity does not offer to make you another.
Click an organization’s code to open it. Its page has three tabs:
- Overview holds the name and the defaults.
- Organization profile holds the identity that its documents print.
- Roles holds the jobs defined inside the organization.
You can open the page of any organization you belong to without switching to it first. The Roles tab shows you what is there, and it offers to switch when you want to change something.
To switch organizations, use the foot of the sidebar, which names the organization you are working in. Click it to see every organization you belong to, and pick another. All organizations, at the foot of that list, opens this page.
If you switch while you read a list, you stay on that list. If you switch from an open record, you go to its list, because the record belongs to the organization you left. All the data you see and all the actions you take apply to the active organization only. Each organization is an entirely separate workspace.
